Aaron qualifies in number one position, his fourth time for the season. Tyronne qualifies in third with his new Steve Schmidt power plant, the engine still having some bugs to be ironed out. Tyronne loses in round two to John Barbagallo but has the consolation of resetting the National MPH record to 191.81mph. Aaron resets the strip record to 7.13 secs on his semi final match up against Scott Porter.
A shower of rain and the finals, Aaron is up against Lee Bektash who has been running some impressive numbers all weekend. Lee has Con Sideris as crew chief, this team will be a top contender in future events. The track is loose, Aaron gets down with a solid 7.16 sec pass. Lee Bektash is on a out of shape pass and backs off at three quarter track. Aaron collects his fourth trophy for the year and clinches the 2007-2008 Australian Pr Stock Championship with an unassailable lead.
